Job summary

Kofile Technologies seeks a Manager, Service Delivery to supervise a team of Project Managers and Coordinators while leading multiple projects for our government-custodian clients. You will work with sales, operations, senior leadership, and external partners, both on-site and remote.

The role requires a self-starter, organized approach, and proven ability to deliver on time and within budget. You will design processes, develop tools, train team members, and drive service-delivery improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business or equivalent field.
• 5+ years of related project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment in document management, digital solutions, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop project managers and coordinators.
• Develop, implement, and govern Service Delivery processes, tools, templates, and metrics.
• Train Service Delivery team members on new processes, tools, and deliverables.
• Assist in hiring, performance evaluation, and day-to-day management of an assigned team.
• Manage large-scale, complex projects spanning multiple lines of business and sites.
• Own the full lifecycle of service delivery from sale to invoicing.
