Job summary

Kofile Technologies is seeking a Manager, Service Delivery to lead a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, guiding multiple projects from sale through invoicing. You will work with sales, operations, leadership, and customers to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

The role requires a self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of managing large cross-functional teams on-site and remotely, and driving process improvements while training staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business or equivalent field
• Experience leading project teams and managing multiple programs
• 5+ years of project management experience in document management, digital solutions, or SaaS
• Experience across cross-functional matrices with business stakeholders
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
• Hybrid work environment with up to 20% travel compliance

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop project managers and coordinators
• Develop and govern service delivery processes, tools and metrics
• Train team members on new processes and deliverables
• Assist in hiring and performance reviews of team
• Manage large-scale projects spanning multiple lines of business
• Create detailed project plans and lifecycle ownership from sale to invoicing
• Ensure projects stay within scope, budget and quality standards
• Develop recovery plans for missed milestones
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders
• Maintain financial accountability and forecast trends across sites
• Coordinate change orders and push for margin improvement
• Lead and motivate internal and external resources
• Build professional relationships internally and externally
• Own additional organizational projects
