Confidential is seeking a seasoned IT Service Delivery Manager to align delivery, practice, and sales leadership while driving strategic outcomes for a portfolio of client engagements. You will empower teams to manage end-to-end delivery, from simple to complex engagements, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, governance, and continuous improvement, with occasional global meetings to accommodate time zones.

Qualifications

3+ years of IT Service Management experience.
1+ years managing one or more services in scope.
2+ years in project (time-bound) management.
ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Contribute to strategic decisions with delivery, practice, and sales leadership updates.
Cultivate a high-performance culture, enabling end-to-end delivery of customer engagements.
Manage client, leadership, and team expectations for alignment and outcomes.
Lead awareness sessions for policy understanding and compliance.
Act as liaison with senior client stakeholders across levels.
Oversee org and unit initiatives, including recruitment and new services.
Support audits and CSAT/ESAT initiatives to drive improvements.
Collaborate on strategic marketing to represent services effectively.
Adapt to varying time zones with occasional early or late meetings.
Drive revenue growth and optimize service delivery profitability.
