Job summary

Qualifications

3 years of accounting experience.
3 years with ERP experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting customers in a service delivery environment.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and systems to perform responsibilities.
Develop training materials and views in databases for team use.
Manage complex reporting including forecasting, budget, and time-hour reporting.
Ensure client responsibilities align with SOW and SLAs.
Act as a point of contact for senior client representatives.
Identify and resolve complex issues with action plans and communication.
Engage in networking to expand the team’s footprint and capabilities.
Maintain high levels of customer service and proactive communication.
