Accenture is seeking a Service Delivery Senior Analyst within the Finance Operations vertical in the United States. You will support outsourced North American deals, contribute to business development, client orals, knowledge transfers, and service delivery improvements while leveraging call center experience and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3 years accounting experience.
• 3 years ERP experience.
• 2+ years supporting customers in a service delivery environment.
• Experience with budgeting/reconciliations/journal entries.
• Experience with Month-end Close processes and analysis.
• Knowledge of Excel formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with CRM tools Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, MSNow, etc.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, or digital tools to improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and systems to perform responsibilities.
• Develop support materials like training manuals and role aids.
• Manage complex reporting including forecasting, budgets, and time reporting.
• Ensure client responsibilities align with the SOW and SLAs.
• Serve as a point of contact for senior client representatives.
• Identify issues, plan action, and communicate resolutions to leadership.
