Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting customers in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle of North American deal including business development and client interactions.
• Manage complex reporting: forecasting, budget, time hour reporting.
• Ensure SLA adherence and documentation of incidents.
