Qualifications

• 3 years Accounting experience.
• 3 years with ERP experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supporting customers in a service delivery environment.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and systems to perform responsibilities.
• Manage complex reporting including forecasting, budget, and time-hour reporting.
• Ensure client responsibilities align with SOW and SLAs.
• Act as a point of contact for senior client representatives.
• Identify and resolve complex issues and communicate plans of action.
