Accenture is seeking a Service Delivery Senior Analyst within our Finance Operations vertical. This role supports the lifecycle of our outsourced North American deal, including business development, client orals, knowledge transfers, service recovery and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, analytical skills and the ability to manage complex reporting, foster client relationships, ensure privacy, and drive AI-enabled improvements to enhance service

Competenze

• Experience with financials: budgeting, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Month-end Close processes and analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills: formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with telephony: AWS Connect, Zendesk, Cisco, etc.
• Experience with CRM tools: Salesforce, ServiceNow, MSNow, etc.
• Experience using AI, automation, or digital tools to improve processes.

Mansioni

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and related systems to perform responsibilities.
• Develop training materials and views in databases for team use.
• Manage complex reporting, including forecasting, budget, and time-hour reporting.
• Ensure that client responsibilities align with the SOW and SLAs.
• Act as a point of contact for senior client representatives.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex issues; communicate plans to leadership.
