Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a Service Contract PM Coordinator to ensure effective scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance across service contracts. You will coordinate PM periods with Branch and Dispatch divisions, maintain PM schedules for active contracts, and release PMs monthly.

You will review contract execution reports and work with Legal, Branch, and Dispatch teams to resolve issues related to blocked agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in contract management or service coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PM periods for new and renewed service contracts with Branch and Dispatch divisions.
• Review and maintain PM periods for unblocked contracts.
• Ensure timely scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance activities.
• Review contract execution reports regularly.
• Release contracts when appropriate.
• Investigate and resolve issues with Legal, Branch and Dispatch divisions.
• Process pre-cancellations and cancellations of service contracts.
• Communicate with branch and dispatch divisions regarding contract status changes.
• Release PMs monthly.
• Track and report PM completion rates and delays or issues.
• Perform additional tasks to support the service contract team.
