Job summary

G.E. Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Service Contract Coordinator to support the Service Division by managing preventive maintenance agreements, coordinating contract work, and assisting customers. You will help ensure timely billing, maintain service records, and report on contract performance.

You will act as a key liaison among customers, technicians, management, finance, and internal teams. You will also assist with renewal proposals, parts coordination, and documentation maintenance to promote

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years in service contract administration or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customers, technicians, and management.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a main customer contact for service contract inquiries and scheduling.
• Monitor preventative maintenance agreements, renewal dates, and terms.
• Coordinate scheduling of maintenance with management, dispatch and technicians.
• Prepare renewal proposals and service quotations for management approval.
• Provide administrative support to technicians and handle contract details and records.
• Coordinate parts ordering and delivery timelines for service work.
• Maintain accurate customer and contract records and related files.
• Generate reports on contract status, maintenance completion, and revenue metrics.
• Support billing, invoicing, and cost tracking with service and finance teams.
• Ensure work complies with contract terms, quality standards, and company policies.
