Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED with 5+ years in customer service, service contract administration, maintenance administration, HVAC service coordination, dispatching, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, technicians, vendors, management and internal teams.
• Must demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, problem-solving ability and proficiency with MS Office and service-related software.
• Experience leading teams, motivating members, de-escalating challenging situations, and communicating technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, mentor, and support service department personnel and customer service representatives to promote high levels of customer service, productivity, safety, and technical performance.
• Receive work requests, inquiries, service calls, and escalated issues; establish priorities based on customer needs and departmental requirements.
• Assign personnel to jobs and coordinate daily service activities to ensure timely and effective completion of work.
• Monitor and evaluate performance, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs and gaps.
• Handle escalated issues and complaints by investigating and resolving them promptly to satisfy customers.
• Coordinate with other trades, sales, product development, operations, and vendors to address customer needs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety, documentation and regulations in customer interactions and service work.
