Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrative support for HVAC service agreements and contract-related activities.
• Review, validate, and process new service agreements with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain contract information within ERP system and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and leadership to support contract execution.
• Track agreement sales, renewals, amendments, and customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain records of contractual obligations and documentation.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure supporting documentation is filed.
• Monitor contract changes and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Support process improvements and operational excellence.
