Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with service contract administration, maintenance administration, HVAC service coordination, dispatching, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer support contact for service agreement inquiries and scheduling questions.
• Maintain and monitor preventative maintenance service agreements and renewal timelines.
• Coordinate scheduling of maintenance and service work with management, dispatch, technicians, and customers.
• Prepare renewal proposals and service quotations for management review.
• Assist technicians with administrative support, work orders, and purchasing coordination.
• Ensure accurate customer records, service files, and documentation.
