Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Service Agreement Manager to oversee and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring that mill-level agreements and service performance meet the scope and the customer’s complete satisfaction.

You will work closely with internal and external customers to improve equipment performance and reliability, ensure processes run smoothly, and fulfill service agreements to meet customer needs with an estimated travel of 30–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering or related field.
• 4 to 6 years’ related experience; OR over 10 years in roles such as paper machine engineer, process manager, paper mill operations or maintenance, or service supplier to the industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring mill-level agreements and service performance meet the scope and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to improve equipment performance and reliability, monitor processes, and ensure service commitments are fulfilled.
• Ensure adherence to service agreements to meet customer needs.
