Job summary

PandaDoc is hiring an SEO Manager to own our organic search strategy end-to-end. You will lead keyword research, technical optimization, and content collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product to grow organic visibility and pipeline.

You will analyze performance with GA, GSC, Looker Studio, and Salesforce data, and guide global SEO initiatives including localization and international keyword research.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience leading SEO strategy, ideally in B2B
• Strong understanding of search algorithms,ranking factors and best practices
• Experience using key SEO tools (GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
• Track record of SEO campaigns delivering measurable pipeline/revenue
• Excitement for rapid experimentation and learning
• Interest in LLM optimization and evolving SEO landscape
• Proficiency in keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, technical SEO

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy to drive organic growth and pipeline
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, Web and Brand marketing on content strategy
• Oversee on-page optimization including meta tags, headings, schema, internal linking
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for visibility
• Track performance using analytics and convert traffic to signups/pipeline
• Leverage GA, Looker Studio, Tableau, Salesforce for KPIs and ROI
• Use Google Search Console to optimize indexing and diagnose issues
• Stay ahead of SEO trends and algorithm updates
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with GEO-focused partner agency for tests
• Work with localization to tailor keywords for international markets
