Datadog is seeking a strategic, data-driven Principal Growth Marketing Manager – SEO/GEO to lead organic growth through content and off-page strategy. You will own topics, formats, and ecosystems that drive traffic and pipeline, partnering with Website Experience, Product Marketing, and Engineering for execution.

The role targets a senior, individual contributor who can scale content ecosystems, measure impact, and influence cross-functional teams in a hybrid Datadog environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SEO/Growth Marketing experience in a B2B or high-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of growing qualified organic traffic and visibility through content strategy.
• Hands-on experience using enterprise SEO tools to drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own Datadog’s content-led SEO/GEO strategy and define topics, formats, and ecosystems.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact content opportunities across product areas and influence cross-functional teams to execute.
• Map and optimize presence across LLM-ingested content to improve AI-driven discoverability.
• Design and execute a comprehensive off-page strategy including link acquisition and digital PR.
• Collaborate with Website Experience for technical SEO and content surface/indexing.
• Create high-impact content and new formats to raise SEO performance.
• Evaluate trends in search, AI, and content discovery to translate market shifts into opportunities.
