Job summary

PDS Health seeks an experienced SEO Marketing Manager to drive organic search visibility across national and local sites. You will lead AI-driven strategies, manage internal and external teams, and shape technical SEO and data-driven initiatives to boost traffic, engagement, and appointment volume.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage AI tools and optimize structured data, metadata, and category strategies for healthcare services.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in SEO with national scope including AI-powered search
• 2-3 years of management experience leading an SEO or digital marketing team
• Bachelor’s or 8+ years experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to drive outcomes through search visibility across brands
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON sitemaps, and structured data

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO, AEO, and GEO roadmaps across national and local sites
• Own AI search visibility including entity strategy and schema markup
• Lead internal teams and external agencies to execute a cohesive strategy
• Perform technical SEO audits and present findings to leadership
• Build automated workflows for keyword research and content reviews
• Monitor backlinks and off-site authority signals and adjust strategies
