Job summary

Decagon is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day of our website, drive SEO and AI-driven search strategies, and ship pages with minimal engineering dependency. You will manage localization as we expand internationally and optimize our presence in traditional and AI-powered search.

You’ll lead content programs, coordinate contractors, and use GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs to measure impact on pipeline, growth, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Owns company website day-to-day in a CMS (Webflow) and ships pages without engineers.
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS or web development.
• Strong SEO/AEO expertise with ability to set strategy and execute.
• Open to programmatic approaches to scale content and search presence.
• Proficient with SEO/AEO tooling: GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs; data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Run website execution day-to-day and build faster publishing workflows.
• Own and execute SEO and AEO strategy with hands-on implementation and contractor management.
• Help scale site for international expansion, including localization and policy updates.
