Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own search strategies for a book of B2B clients. You will guide technical SEO initiatives, content prioritization, and the ranking narrative for clients, acting as the strategic voice in client discussions.

You will collaborate with writers and AI to implement audits and fixes. You will report on GA4 and Search Console, drive a quarterly roadmap, and oversee multi-location SEO when required, with remote collaboration across regions

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes.

• Fluency in English for US client calls.

• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, site architecture
• Develop keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers/AI
• Ensure visibility in AI search; leverage Google AI Overviews and related tools
• Manage links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting; roadmap for clients
