• Ability to develop long-term recruitment strategies and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for senior roles.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, networking and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers; provide market insights and guidance.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.
