Job summary

You will lead HR projects, advise on employee relations and workforce planning, and collaborate with HR COEs to ensure compliant, high‑impact programs that support a high‑performing culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HRBP role.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and working across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR business partner to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Support HR programs developed by COEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards).
• Provide expert HR consulting on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and workforce planning.
• Partner with Finance and leaders to align hiring with headcount and business plans.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and employer branding.
• Promote engagement and culture-building initiatives to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
