Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead executive talent acquisition for Vice President and above roles across the enterprise.

You will partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to identify, assess and secure critical leadership talent, joining the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to shape search strategies and pipelines. You will develop tailored approaches, conduct assessments and provide market intelligence to support top-level hiring decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of executive recruiting experience focused on VP-level and above.
• Proven success recruiting executive talent in corporate or executive-search settings.
• Deep expertise in executive search, talent identification and candidate assessment.
• Strong understanding of public company executive compensation and equity programs.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Vice President and above positions across the enterprise, with occasional Director-level searches.
• Partner with executive leaders and HR Partners to understand leadership requirements and talent needs.
• Develop and execute customized executive search strategies including proactive sourcing and engagement of passive talent.
• Build and maintain executive talent pipelines through mapping, market research and relationship development.
• Conduct executive assessments, interviews and succession benchmarking for informed hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support executive hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with Compensation to develop competitive offers and negotiate executive compensation packages.
• Manage highly confidential searches with discretion in compliance with laws and policies.
