Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
• 5+ years focused on VP-level and above executive recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting executive talent.
• Deep expertise in executive search and assessment.
• Knowledge of public company compensation and equity programs.
• Strong executive presence and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for VP and above across Generac, with occasional Director-level searches.
• Partner with executive leaders and HR Partners to define leadership requirements and talent profiles.
• Develop tailored executive search strategies, proactive sourcing, and passive talent engagement.
• Build and maintain executive talent pipelines through mapping and market research.
• Conduct executive assessments, interviews, and succession benchmarking for informed hires.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with Compensation and HR to craft competitive offers and equity discussions.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance in sensitive executive searches.
