Wabash is seeking a Senior Recruiter to act as a strategic talent advisor and full-cycle recruiting expert across professional, technical, and leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers to develop strategies, source proactively, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

The role supports workforce planning, strengthens talent pipelines, improves recruiting processes, and delivers hiring outcomes that drive business growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in corporate roles.
• Experience with manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, or engineering hiring a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and sourcing strategies.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with managers to define staffing needs and qualifications.
• Coach managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried exempt roles across functions.
