Wabash in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Senior Recruiter to act as a strategic talent advisor and full-cycle recruiting expert across professional, technical, operations, and leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop sourcing strategies, assess talent, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, while supporting workforce planning and process improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; HR certification preferred.
• 5+ years in recruitment, with corporate functions experience; manufacturing/engineering recruiting preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interview, and employment law knowledge.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies (ADP preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specs.
• Coach managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried roles across functions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and improve processes.
• Mentor other recruiters and contribute to best practices.
