• 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across manufacturing, supply chain, commercial and corporate disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience managing a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business needs into talent strategies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and consultative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across North America from briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 20–30 active requisitions across North America.
• Partner with senior leaders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Corporate and Support functions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing market intelligence and recruitment strategy recommendations.
• Drive direct sourcing initiatives and build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Influence hiring decisions through structured assessments and data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and champion a best-in-class candidate experience.
