Job summary

Phreesia is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across North America from sourcing through closing. You will partner with HR leaders and hiring managers, shaping strategy, presenting market insights, and driving a high-quality candidate experience.

You will mentor other recruiters, advise on compensation, stay current on recruiting trends and AI-enabled tools, and ensure data-driven hiring processes that align with Phreesia’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• Must have proven success in full-cycle recruiting, including senior or specialized roles.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers with credibility and clarity.
• Experience mentoring other recruiters and leading with strategic hiring insights.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across North America, from sourcing to closing.
• Lead search strategy and align requirements with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Partner with senior leaders to present market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Mentor and coach other recruiters to raise the bar across the team.
• Advise on compensation, market trends, and interview approaches.
• Leverage data to inform hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
