Job summary

IDEMIA Group in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse professional and technical roles. You will manage high-volume hiring while delivering quality, speed, and strong stakeholder satisfaction, building proactive pipelines and partnering with managers across multiple functions.

You will influence senior stakeholders, leverage modern sourcing tools and CRM platforms, and drive recruitment process improvements to support TA transformation.

• Significant experience recruiting in a corporate, agency or RPO environment.
• Proven success managing multiple concurrent vacancies in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Experience influencing hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering hires across challenging, competitive talent markets.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.

We\'re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our North American Talent Acquisition team in Chantilly, VA. This is an opportunity for a proactive, commercially minded recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing high-volume recruitment while building exceptional talent pipelines.

We\'re seeking someone who loves sourcing, headhunting and engaging talent before the competition does. You will partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business functions, driving hiring activity from workforce planning through to offer acceptance.
