Dahl Consulting is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support talent acquisition across multiple business units in the United States and Canada. The role emphasizes building pipelines for senior-level managers and leaders while partnering with hiring leaders to execute strategic recruiting initiatives.

The candidate will leverage modern recruiting tools and market intelligence to attract top talent, manage complex searches, and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting for senior-level managers and directors.
• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system (Workday).
• Experience using recruiting analytics and metrics to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain external talent networks across the U.S. and Canada for specialized roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search to identify candidates.
• Conduct market research and develop sourcing strategies to strengthen pipelines.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
• Lead talent pooling, market mapping, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Track recruiting metrics to drive process improvements and data-informed decisions.
• Support additional recruiting projects and process enhancements as needed.
