Uber is seeking a Senior Recruiter to advise hiring teams and own the recruitment strategy across North America, supporting multiple business lines and scaling Corporate & Operations hiring.

You will partner with sourcing and hiring managers to build teams across Marketing, People, Operations, and Finance, guiding candidates through the process and shaping how we hire to move the world forward.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting G&A/Corporate/Operations functions as a full lifecycle recruiter.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring teams and own recruitment strategy across North America.
• Partner with sourcing and hiring managers to build teams across multiple business lines.
