Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a University Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for non-tech interns and New College Grad candidates in the San Francisco area.

You’ll partner with the People team to deliver a world-class candidate experience and remove bottlenecks in a fast-changing environment. You will design scalable sourcing at events, webinars, and conferences, while influencing hiring managers with data-backed insights and acting as a strategic advisor across campus hiring

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting with Early Careers or University Talent Acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to drive data-informed hiring decisions in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong project management skills with resilience to shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for non-tech intern and New College Grad candidates.
• Design and execute scalable sourcing strategies at events and conferences.
• Build relationships between academic institutions and internal groups, influencing hiring managers with data.
• Collaborate with People team to resolve hiring bottlenecks in a fast-changing environment.
• Communicate recruitment findings and university strategy to teams.
• Act as a versatile contributor to strategic TA initiatives when needed.
