Job summary

Uber’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Recruiter to advise hiring teams and own the recruitment strategy across North America. You will partner with sourcing and hiring managers to build teams across Marketing, People, Operations, and Finance, delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You will guide data-driven decisions, manage pipelines, and influence candidates’ decisions to join Uber while championing a diverse workforce and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional recruiting experience, supporting G&A/Corporate/Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in tech preferred.
• Experience with ICIMS or other ATS and data-driven decision making.
• Strong partner to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to building a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring teams and own recruitment strategy across North America.
• Partner with sourcing and hiring managers to build teams in Marketing, People, Operations, and Finance.
• Regularly assess data via dashboards and reports to guide decisions.
• Influence candidates’ decisions to join via market knowledge and strategy.
• Align recruiting plans with interdependent functions (Mobility, Comp, Immigration, etc.).
• Continuously optimize the assessment process and pipeline strategies.
