Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions (A3T) in Falls Church is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead proposal management support for government projects. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop compelling content for various responses, including RFPs and RFIs.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Clearance: Security Clearance desired (not required).
• Experience in managing tasks and resources in a dynamic environment.
• Experience writing persuasive responses in technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, prepare, and submit proposals for Government projects.
• Ensure proposal submissions comply with RFP or RFI instructions.
• Drive the proposal process to meet milestones.
• Partner with team members to advance proposal responses.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Experience in cross-functional team management

Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills

Expert level skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

High level of written and spoken English

Education

BA or equivalent + 3 years related experience
