7-Eleven is seeking a Senior Product Owner in Irving, TX to define product direction and guide cross-functional teams from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and maintain a clear roadmap to maximize value.

You will own the backlog, prioritize work, and partner with engineering, design, data, operations, and marketing to deliver high-quality increments while emphasizing usability, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

Experience translating business needs into epics, features and user stories.
Strong ability to define and maintain a product roadmap aligned to goals.
Proven track record delivering customer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, goals, and near-term priorities.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligning customer needs with objectives.
Own and refine the backlog, ensuring clear description and priority.
Translate goals into epics, features, tests, and measurable outcomes.
Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations to deliver increments.
Facilitate discovery activities and validate solutions with stakeholders.
Establish trade-offs among scope, value, risk, cost, and time to market.
Mentor and coach product owners and support consistency across teams.
