Job summary

7-Eleven in Irving, TX is seeking a senior leader to guide a team of business analysts in demand chain system products, develop robust project plans, and manage the portfolio of projects from scope to rollout.

You will define long-term product systems strategy, roadmaps, and collaborate with IT and business leaders to drive modernization, data governance, and architecture decisions across order management and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) required.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term product systems strategy for Demand Chain technologies.
• Establish the multi-year systems roadmap with prioritised capabilities and modernization.
• Partner with senior business and IT leadership to shape future-state Demand Chain systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for system innovation and scalability.
• Influence enterprise architecture decisions regarding platform selection, integration, and data governance.
• Create executive-ready narratives on system direction, investment, risks and impact.
• Manage a portfolio of system projects (new installations, integrations, enhancements, fixes).
• Lead requirements development and testing for projects (documentation, test plans, UAT).
• Develop implementation and rollout plans for projects.
• Lead analysts in administration of Demand Chain products (Order Management, Item Maintenance).
• Support development of a system strategy for all Demand Chain products.
• Act as liaison between IT leadership and Demand Chain business owners.
• Assign resources to projects.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Develop and manage project budget, backlog and technical documents.
