Job summary

7-Eleven in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Demand Chain leader to guide a team of business analysts responsible for demand chain system products, including order management and inventory systems. You will define scope, KPIs, schedules and budgets, aligning with enterprise goals and ROI.

You will partner with IT and business leadership to shape future-state architecture, evaluate emerging technologies, manage a portfolio of projects, and deliver compliance-ready documentation and testing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years relevant experience.
• Expertise in Demand Chain platforms and technologies.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term Demand Chain systems strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Prioritize capabilities, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape future-state solutions.
