7-Eleven in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Product Owner to define product direction, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and guide cross-functional teams from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

You will maximize product value by maintaining a clear vision, prioritizing the roadmap and backlog, and ensuring delivered capabilities solve meaningful customer and business problems. This on-site role reports to the Product Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with digital products, customer-facing platforms, or retail/enterprise technology.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and outcome-based road mapping.
• Product management or Agile certification, such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent.
• On-site role based in Irving TX (also referenced Enon, Ohio).

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, goals, and near-term priorities.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligning customer needs with business objectives.
• Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear descriptions and prioritized items.
• Translate business goals and user feedback into epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, marketing and others to deliver increments.
• Facilitate discovery activities including interviews, research, and journey mapping.
• Make trade-offs among scope, value, risk, cost, and time to market.
• Coordinate releases and communicate scope, timing, risks, and impact to stakeholders.
• Define success measures using analytics and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Mentor product owners and promote consistent product management practices.
