Job summary

LHH in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced Senior Manager of Compensation to lead the design, implementation, and administration of our pay programs. You will drive base pay, incentive design, benchmarking, and compliance while aligning compensation with business goals.

You will partner with executives, manage governance, and guide cross-functional teams through cycles and policy updates to ensure equity and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in compensation, including leadership.
• Strong knowledge of salary structures and benchmarking.
• Experience with compliance and pay equity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compensation strategy and benchmarking.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and policies.
• Lead annual merit cycles, promotions, and bonus planning.
• Update job families, levels, and descriptions with leaders.
• Conduct market analyses and maintain competitive salary structures.
• Advise executives on compensation decisions and equity.
• Design and manage short-term and long-term incentive programs.
• Lead compensation systems, tools, and processes.
• Prepare analytics, dashboards, and leadership recommendations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on offers and packages.
• Manage vendor relationships and survey participation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
