Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a strategic Compensation Manager to lead the design, execution, and governance of compensation programs across the organization. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and data-driven pay practices that align with growth and talent strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Ownership of compensation cycles.
• Experience designing salary structures and incentive programs.
• Strong market benchmarking and salary survey analysis.
• Pay equity and internal compression analyses.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling capability.
• Experience with Workday Compensation module or similar HRIS.
• Strong payroll understanding and compliance requirements.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own and design compensation strategy and program implementation.
• Lead annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles including budgeting and system configuration (Workday).
• Develop analytics and executive-ready recommendations for compensation decisions.
• Ensure pay equity, governance, and regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Support talent acquisition with offers, sign-on bonuses, and leveling guidance.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Finance on data integrity and accruals.
• Deliver data-driven insights and dashboards on compensation trends and budget utilization.
• Drive process improvements and SOPs for compensation workflows.
