Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, compensation, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, lookups, and large‑dataset manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with SQL and Power BI preferred.
• Experience with process automation using Power Query, VBA, Python, or similar tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly compensation processes, including commission and incentive calculations, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Analyze compensation, sales, revenue, and headcount data to identify trends, variances, and business insights.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Support sales incentive and commission plan modeling, including new hires, terminations, and plan changes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve recurring reporting and compensation processes.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Sales, Payroll, and business leaders to resolve issues and support decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate documentation and controls around compensation calculations and processes.
