Cirtec Medical Corporation is seeking a senior Customer Relations/BD and Operations support role to interface with Customers, Business Development, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations. The role focuses on meeting site revenue and profitability objectives and exceeding delivery and service expectations.

You will support quoting, cost modeling, customer forecasting, production order processing, and strategic sales reporting.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with financial models' gross margin analysis and cost of goods variables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Comfortable working with cross functional teams and upper management.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Microsoft Office and general software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with key customer contacts to manage expectations and drive growth.
• Monitor customer portfolio revenue and profitability and present pricing strategies.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with production customers and coordinate KPI data and cost improvements.
• Own customer demand forecasts and support production planning.
• Coordinate internally to address customer concerns and escalations.
• Work with Sales and Commercial Finance to ensure accurate pricing and margins.
• Provide customers with delivery information and update ERP dates.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and prepare open order reports.
• Collaborate with Business Development on new and revised quotes.
