Job summary

Cirtec Medical Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to act as the on-site HR partner at our CDMO manufacturing facility. You will manage onboarding, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR program administration to support a growing workforce.

You will build strong relationships with site leaders and employees, deliver practical HR solutions, and help drive engagement, talent development, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field and 3+ years HR experience.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Experience with recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent relationship-building, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site HR resource for employees and managers.
• Partner with site leadership on workforce planning and engagement.
• Guide managers on performance, attendance, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
• Support recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, quality, and professional roles.
• Coordinate onboarding, pre-employment activities, and new hire orientation.
• Maintain HR programs related to benefits, leaves, training, and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and confidentiality.
