Cirtec Medical Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to provide functional supervision to engineers and technicians, acting as a technical lead for projects, including validation and documentation of existing product services, and establishing timelines and deliverables for customers.

You will coach and mentor direct reports to foster an environment of continuous improvement that exceeds customer expectations, while ensuring compliance with the Cirtec quality system and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead engineering efforts in a sustained manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate secondary research information.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage projects across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to engineers and technicians to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact with customers, instilling confidence in technical capabilities and product quality.
• Ensure team operates in compliance with Cirtec quality system and follows sound engineering practices.
• Ensure products are documented to meet all design requirements and develop clear processes.
• Lead projects across manufacturing including requirement/definition, risk management, development, verification, and CAPA activities.
