BlueStone Advisors seeks a Senior Account Executive to manage a national portfolio of large commercial P&C clients from Downers Grove, IL. You will guide C-suite strategy, ensure high-quality submissions, and maintain trusted client relationships with a focus on risk management excellence.

You will lead renewals, negotiate terms, and provide deep insights on TCOR while mentoring teammates and coordinating with underwriting and operations to optimize performance across the book.

Qualifications

• A team-oriented mindset with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in Commercial P&C and large account management is preferred.
• Active P&C license required; advanced designations (CPCU/CIC/CRM) are highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact and lead service executor for a portfolio of large, complex risks, managing strategic planning to routine tasks.
• Direct the marketing of large-scale renewals with high-quality submissions to underwriting markets.
• Develop and manage sophisticated risk-transfer programs and casualty structures.
• Deliver annual stewardship reports analyzing Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) for client leadership.
