Qualifications

• 3-5 years as an Account Manager in mid to large sized commercial lines
• Illinois Property and Casualty License required
• Ability to manage a large book of business
• Independent worker with minimal guidance
• Mentor other team members on marketing and coverage

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Producers and Associated personnel on client procedures
• Marketing of new business and renewal submissions for clients
• Analyze and compare insurance plans to determine suitability
• Prepare renewals, applications, surveys and market selections
• Advise clients and carriers to resolve service issues
• Update policy details and client files in management systems
• Develop new business from existing accounts and meet departmental production goals
• Identify cross-selling opportunities
