Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty business.
• Ability to follow process and procedures guidance.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Licensed or willing to obtain insurance licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle renewal strategy with Prod/AE, including market discussions and exposure gathering.
• Manage renewal book, create submissions, support placement, proposals and binding.
• Draft loss exhibits, submissions and provide carrier or client documentation.
• Update system of record, process monthly/quarterly/annual audits and reports.
• Assist with claims management and billing setup in the system.
