SpaceX’s Starlink group is seeking a Manager, Semiconductor Sourcing who will own end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier management, and delivery of cutting-edge semiconductor components. You will partner with design engineering to define commodity strategy, build multi-year roadmaps, and secure high-volume supply at record speeds.

The role leads a team of sourcing professionals, drives cost, quality, and delivery improvements, and negotiates long-term contracts while optimizing for resilience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in sourcing/procurement or 10+ years in lieu
• 3+ years in a management role with direct reports
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end sourcing in high-velocity environments
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work onsite in Redmond, WA

Mansioni

• Lead a team of sourcing specialists, managers, and/or global supply managers to ensure continuity of supply for all hardware under ownership
• Drive improvement, standardization, and scalability of planning, workflow, tools, and resources
• Own vision and strategy for assigned categories through NPI and production phases; manage cost, contracts, supplier development, and performance
• Visit supplier facilities to assess capability, financial health, and capacity for new product development and long-term production
• Negotiate long-term contracts to ensure supply continuity and protect SpaceX interests
