SpaceX is seeking a Senior Global Supply Manager for Semiconductor Electronic Components (Starlink) to own end-to-end sourcing strategy and supplier management. You will partner with design engineering to define roadmaps, establish vendor lists, and secure supply at scale for AI infrastructure programs.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain with semiconductors, strong negotiation and leadership, and willingness to travel. Based in Bastrop, TX, onsite at SpaceX facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in supply chain, or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 7+ years in global supply chain with a focus on semiconductors, memory, storage, or datacenter infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, project management, financial modeling, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Define commodity strategy and multi-year roadmaps with engineers and platform teams.
• Forecast demand and allocate supply across SpaceXAI programs to balance build schedules.
• Own global sourcing including supplier qualification, multi-sourcing, and performance management.
• Negotiate high-value agreements to secure supply at favorable terms and lead time reductions.
• Align internal roadmaps with vendors and plan capacity for technology development.
• Monitor supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans to protect schedules.
• Drive cost reduction through should-cost analyses, long-term agreements, and value engineering.
• Build strong supplier relationships via regular reviews and joint projects.
• Track KPIs for cost, quality, delivery and resilience; report progress to leadership.
