Job summary

TSMC North America is seeking an Account Manager / Technical Manager based in San Jose, CA to own the technical account relationship for a key global customer across data center, networking, and industrial markets.

You will lead front-end silicon and advanced packaging programs (2.5D/3D), translate roadmaps into actionable programs, and coordinate with global teams to deliver value in cost, quality, and time-to-market.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering, Physical Science, Business, or related technical discipline.
• 12+ years in account management, applications/field engineering, technical program management, or foundry/OSAT/OEM supply chain within semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes, fab operations, and supply chain dynamics.
• Strong project management with ability to synthesize complex technical and business insights into clear executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the account relationship for the assigned strategic customer, serving as the primary TSMC technical and commercial interface and sustaining executive-level alignment.
• Manage customer front-end silicon and advanced packaging programs 2.5D/3D from planning through ramp; understand product roadmaps and position TSMC technologies.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable programs with R&D, Planning, FTS, BD, Operations and Finance; coordinate with TSMC headquarters in Taiwan.
• Anticipate and address customer challenges, balancing TSMC objectives with customer priorities.
• Manage capacity and fulfillment cycles with procurement, design, and business units; ensure demand creation and supply alignment.
• Provide structured business analysis and briefings for Account Directors, VPs, and senior TSMC executives.
