TSMC North America is seeking an experienced Account Manager/Technical Manager to serve as the primary commercial and operational interface with advanced-node and 3DIC customers. You will manage quotations, demand forecasting, fulfillment, and tape-out coordination while engaging with HQ in Taiwan and internal teams.

The role combines business development with strong technical credibility, requiring deep semiconductor knowledge and the ability to drive roadmap engagements at executive levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering/science field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in semiconductor industry with account management or related roles.
• Demonstrated program or project management and prior team leadership.
• Strong semiconductor domain knowledge to discuss process and packaging with engineers, program managers, and executives.
• Financial and commercial acumen; able to coordinate with HQ in Taiwan during evening hours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end business relationship for assigned accounts, lead pricing and quotation discussions.
• Own demand forecasting and fulfillment across operations and planning.
• Drive new tape-out management—planning, execution, and coordination with headquarters for new product introductions on advanced nodes.
• Promote TSMC's technology roadmap to customers and coordinate internal resources to meet requirements.
• Resolve production and supply issues and grow into account strategy and new-business enablement over time.
